Qualifications: Committed follower of Jesus Christ, and a desire to be a minister of the Gospel in a Christian school to students and their families; classroom teachers must have a teaching credential and knowledge of research based instructional practices, ability to integrate Biblical principles and Christian worldview throughout curriculum and through personal modeling, effective and purposeful use of technology, and understanding of various assessment practices, and ability to partner with parents in growing their child in Christ; teacher aides and support staff must have the ability to work with parents and teaching staff.
