Penny Johnson

Penny Johnson and her husband have lived in Chico for 36 years, where she has been teaching for about 28 of those years—kindergarten through 8th grade, with  a few years of high school Spanish thrown in. She has taught in public and private schools, and has also been the director of a homeschool program as she homeschooled her own 4 children. Penny has been teaching grades K-2 at Hope Academy for 5 years. When she’s not teaching, Penny loves to travel, read, play piano, and spend time with family & friends.
